Day 2264 - Teen Fashion Trend? Who Knew?
Greetings, Bloggy Bobby Soxers!It's Friday, Hooray!
You know what to do, march in a circle chanting 'Fri-day! Fri-day! Fri-day!'
I totally did NOT know that the current tween/teen fashion trend is to wear MISMATCHED SOCKS.
Did you know that?
Where was I when this was happening? It might have been like this for years, but I just happened to hear about it yesterday from a lady at water aerobics.
They even have stores that sell mismatched socks as pairs! Go figure!
What will kids think of next as a fashion trend? Wearing two different shoes?
At least it's less permanent than blue hair or tattoos or body piercings.
In other words - I'm ALL FOR IT.
Bring on the mismatched socks - and maybe I'll wear some to work one of these days.

You don't remember us (me and my friends) wearing mis-matched shoes in school? Probably around 6th grade or so. It was the cool thing...trade a shoe with a friend. And I wear mismatched socks all the time. :)
