Day 2242 - My Smart Phone is smarter than me...

Greetings, Bloggy Smart Phoners!

First, I need to say that I had a picture to go with the blog, but Blogger isn't cooperating and the 'Add image' isn't working... Sheesh.

I hope this isn't indicative of how the REST of the day is going to go.

But back to the subject of the blog.

I am a DUNCE. There, I said it.

For the last couple of weeks, I've been getting this red exclamation point icon that appears in the corner of my phone.

I haven't been able to figure out what it meant, and I was worried that it meant that the internet service or phone service wasn't working correctly.

I found out yesterday what causes it. It's just a WEATHER ALERT. We have a freeze warning out for tonight, and my Weatherbug app is putting it there.

Recently we've had severe storms, etc. and that is why I got the other ones.

I think I can stop rebooting my phone every time I see that icon...

Good grief.

Don't feel badly about not knowing what the "red alert" sign was for on your Smart Phone. I had something similar on our CRV--it was a yellow wrench that came up and I thought it meant something was wrong, so I was going to a meeting with a friend and turned around to go back to her house to get her car. So when I got to read the book, I learned it meant we needed an oil change--Duh!
Quick hi! I am still totally phone dumb with my new phone. They are just too smart!!!
