Day 2099 - Another Thanksgiving Tip!

Greetings, Bloggy Planners!

How are your Thanksgiving plans coming along?

This might seem like a common sense suggestion, but take it from me, you might not think of something just because you're too busy planning to remember it.

Don't leave your crock pots on the shelf- put them to work!

Just about everyone has ONE crock pot, I happen to have THREE. You can use a crock pot as a cooking vessel, but they are also perfect to keep food warm, or reheat something that you have made ahead, like mashed potatoes.

Using a crock pot means less competition for oven space and burner space, both are at a premium while you are preparing Thanksgiving dinner.

Good luck, and may the crock be with you!

Comments:
I like your suggestion of using a crock pot for reheating something, or just keeping it warm. I only think to use it to cook something, such as I'll be using my one crock pot in the morning to make beef stew for lunch.
