Day 2054 - Friday and Weekend!
Greetings, Bloggy TGIFers-
It's Friday, Hooray! You know what to do, march in a circle chanting 'Fri-day! Fri-day! Fri-day!'
This weekend is the Fryeburg Fair in Maine.
In Tennessee, the county fairs occur in August, or MAYBE the beginning of September.
In Maine, the fair is much later, because the growing season runs later due to the climate.

I'm here in Maine with Evan and Savi :) We will be at the Fryeberg fair Sunday. Can't wait!! Just might do this every year!!

Karen--I have actually forgotten about the blog recently, getting settled into my new home. My computer is up so I'll return to the bloggy routine. Beautiful weather and visitors--they are waiting for Jara's kids to stop by.

Yes, Heather, make this an annual visit! We've had a great day! Jara, and little ones, Caden and Reagan visited this afternoon, then we all enjoyed chicken pie, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, gravy, and Gil's home-grown tomatoes, and chocolate cream pie for dessert. Aunt Nancy stayed for supper and wants chicken pie more often. She's funny. Savi and Heather conked out a little after 8pm and I just fell asleep and missed the 10th inning of the Brewers beating the Diamondbacks. Now it's the Phillies and the Cardinals and miss them too as I'm going to bed. More fun tomorrow. It's fun to hear Evan laugh, and Savi dancing to "The Princess and the Frog" DVD that they brought with them. Heather is just all-around good to be with. Wish you were here!
