Day 1786 - Midweek and Midlife

Greetings, Bloggy Middlers!

We're in the deep freeze - snow and ice on the ground and bitter cold temps moving in for the next several days.

So whaddya do with weather like this? Watch MOVIES!

We watched a couple Netflix movies recently worth recommending. 'Flipped' is a cute love story that is very family friendly.

'Jonah Hex' is an action Western movie about a maimed-cowboy-ghost-whisperer-out-for-vengeance against John Malkovich. It was interesting too.

The remake of '3:10 to Yuma' - another Western was also good. Maybe we're just not very fussy? (The first time I typed that, I wrote fuzzy)

TTFN and watch out for cabin fever!

Comments:
Waiting to hear if I will have to brave the storm to head to work for the afternoon. Right now the morning has been cancelled only. they will reassess at 10. they BETTER choose to close since the storm is starting up again at 2 and we will all be stuck. grrr. Bunch of idiots.

Heather, I hope you got to stay home all day today. We probably have 8" and still snowing. Gil's going out after supper to do some snoblowing.

I always like to hear what your take on the movies are, Karen. I'm still amazed at the bitter cold you are having. It's been about 30 today, and low of about 22, here.

Only a couple inches at most here, but very slippery roads. Luckily no one was on the roads just now and I could drive 15.
