Day 1740 - Thanksgiving is over - put the wreath on the door!

Greetings, Bloggy Christmas Decorators!

Okay - we've given thanks, let's get ready for Christmas.

I haven't even washed and re-hung the curtains yet, but I might get our artificial tree up and decorated first.

Who cares about stupid old curtains anyway?

Changing subjects - it's almost time for my vacation to be over. Boo Hoo!

I'll make this short so I can go enjoy it. TTFN and have a nice Saturday!

I agree--ready for Christmas!! Enough with turkey already--yes it was good! So happy you and Charlie had a great time away and eager to be home again!

So, a day of firsts for Savi. Her FIRST dance/gymnastics class went really well. She was a bit shy at first, but by the middle of the class she was following the teacher around trying to do the same moves and having a great time. The gymnastics part isn't a coordinated thing. The kids are allowed to explore the gym, try all the equipment, jump on the trampolines and in the giant pit of foam that they use for the parallel bar practice. It was great!
Second First was a trip to Lasalette! It was much smaller and much less impressive than I remember, but Savi liked the lights.
Third first was a picture with SANTA! Lasalette was doing it for five bucks! Savi got right up on his lap and told him she wanted a Princess for christmas.
OH, and the Final first was Savi's first DOUGHBOY! They had them at Lasalette, but they cost a fortune, so on the way home we bought dough at the supermarket. I made doughboys when we got home and they were YUMMY!!!!!!!! She liked it =)
Now it's time for bed...woohooo!
