Day 1601 - Spoil(ed) Rotten!

Greetings, Blogregation!

Is it Sunday already? No! I need an extra day or two like last weekend!

As seen on a church sign - 'If you text while you're driving you'll get to meet Jesus'.

Hey - it's 7/11 day! Are the 7/11's giving away anything today? I haven't seen any commercials about a giveaway, sad to say.

I have a story about 'Spoiled Rotten'. I walk around the building where I work sometimes - if it's not too hot. I just do a couple of laps and then go back inside.

Someone who also works there has one of those airbrush style decorative plates on the front of their car. Usually they have some cute saying or a couples names or hearts or something.

This one says 'Spoil Rotten'. No, not 'Spoiled Rotten', 'Spoil Rotten'.

Now tell me, did the person who owns that car WRITE THAT and have the plate made that way, OR, did they BUY the plate and pay money for something that was WRONG? I doubt very much that it is an instruction to Spoil the Owner Rotten, I believe it is flat WRONG.

Tell me, tell me. I couldn't even find a photo or a vanity plate for this blog that used 'Spoil Rotten' instead of 'Spoiled Rotten'.

It's a mystery to me why they have it on their car!!??? It would drive me crazy. Even walking past it every day is more than enough to make me crazy.

Anyway - have a nice Sunday, and TTFN!

Comments:
Karen, maybe written that way to (1)drive people crazy or (2)the correct name already taken.

Re chicken epidsode yesterday--lucky no grease leakage which would have taken forever to clean up.

Hi all!! I'm spoil rotten too. lol.
posted a few Maine pics. Another 180+ to edit. sheesh.
lots of house/yard work done today. Not nearly as fun as the beach.

I'm spoil rotten too!

We went to see 'Knight and Day' this afternoon - it was fun! Then we went for tacos at a Tex Mex place named Chuys.

I don't really care for Tom Cruise, but he was just fine in this movie.

Count me in to the "spoil rotten" crowd! Before church today we went to the Kiwanis breakfast--blueberry pancakes with real Maine blueberries--Mary Ann ate with us then worked cooking after we left for church. After church we drove to Bailey Island, then had lobster stew at Cook's, then later an ice cream at Gifford's. Such a nice day! No pizza tonight of course!
