Day 1303 - Monday, Monday...

Greetings, Monday morning Blah-gers!

Cheryl left last night to return home. We did go to see 'Julie and Julia' yesterday afternoon, and enjoyed it.

Charlie was THE token male in the theatre until nearly showtime, when a few men snuck in with their wives, hoping not to be seen.

Here is Miss Savannah, carefully sampling a plastic bunch of carrots. Nope, not edible...

Changing subjects - did you ever see the movie 'Ghost Town' starring comedian Ricky Gervais?

He's coming out with another movie soon, we saw a preview of it at the movie theatre.

He's very funny in that understated British way, but Cheryl and I didn't think he had much heart-throb appeal...

Read more about him here...

Gotta go! TTFN and have a nice Monday!

Comments:
Hi Mamma! Hi all! We all slept good yesterday after Savi's bowling extravaganza. She had such a great time. That kid could have fun watching grass grow, I swear. Busy day...trying to make supper. Glad Monday is OVER!

I went to the Fair this evening to hear a group of 3 (2 of whom we know from church) sing oldies' songs. Very good. Gil didn't want to go but we'll both be going Wed afternoon and Sat. afternoon and eve. Sat night Josh Turner is the major performer--he sang at the Grand Ole Opry in 2001, and somebody said he was an early American Idol. Do you know who he is, Karen? Nancy is coming for Sat as there is a race in Ray's honor. That's it for now!
