Day 1301 - No time for bloggage

Greetings, Bloggy Weekenders!

This photo is of the REAL haddock fish chowder at Huots restaurant in Camp Ellis, Maine.

If you recall, it looks VERY similar to the photo I posted during my vacation!

Cheryl and I had a great day yesterday, visiting, running errands, going to the mall, and watching the movie 'Ghost Town' (which is actually a romantic comedy) last night.

We're leaving shortly to go to water aerobics at the health club.

Yes, we're going to EXERCISE after eating a lot of CHOCOLATE yesterday.

Gotta run, but have a great Saturday!

Comments:
Chocolate and exercise--sounds like a great weekend! Ymm to that haddock chowder! It's warmer today, almost 70 and sunny. Very nice! Hope all of your weekends are sunny and warm! Has the rain stopped in Boston and Prov yet? We only had a sprinkle overnight. Oh, and this morning we heard and saw numerous robins on their way back South. How smart they are!

I awoke in the middle of the night to loud rumbling and light flashing--we were having an electrical storm, with lightning and thunder for hours, and just a little rain. It was a combination of a tropical storm in the Pacific (hurricane Linda)meeting low humidity. Pretty cool but surprising as we rarely have thunder and lightning. My usual nighttime sound (for 30 years) has been foghorns, and now that I'm so close to the Goldlen Gate Bridge, they are a bit too loud.
Yeah, those robins are pretty smart to be getting out of Maine!!

Happy Saturday all! I thought we had a bday party to go to today, but it's TOMORROW! Yay for old brains. Thank goodness I sent Tania a text asking a question about the party or I would have gone there like a big dope. Sooo, tomorrow we have a bday party at 2pm for Noah, and then we have a couple people coming around 5 to look at the remaining pups. There is one in particular that I REALLY want to keep. He doesn't look boxer OR Mastiff. He looks like a HOUND! He is really long with big floppy ears. He's such a love bug and he's the biggest of the group. Must weigh close to 20 lbs already!! Oh well. Someone will get a great dog! =)
