Day 1282 - Monday, Monday...
Greetings, Monday Morning Blah-gers!
This picture looks like 'Savi gets a beer belly on the weekend'. Hilarious!
I am running late (working on stuff for my trip) so I'll rush through a couple of funny kid stories...
Charlie taught me the Southern flavor of 'Patty Cake Patty Cake' on Saturday....
It's not sung, and goes like this...
Patty Cake Patty Cake, Bakers Man,
Roll em up, roll em up,
Pitch-em in a pan!
I'd never heard that before, and he'd never heard the song version before!
A waitress told us these funnies about her 4 year old son...
When he comes to her work, he doesn't butter his rolls and eat the rolls, he just eats the butter... She said that embarrasses her!
She also said he loves the Disney Peter Pan movie. She asked him 'Can YOU fly?' He answered, seriously, 'No, I can't fly but I can FALL REALLY FAST!'

Yes, Monday again, and busy with odds and ends. Getting ready for FB! Charlie's version of "Patty cake" --throw it in the pan, makes as much sense as toss it in the oven! There's a woman at our recycling center (still referred to as the dump) who is quite short and round and Gil calls her "Patty Cake". Now I don't think he addresses her that way, however. I like those stories about the waitresses 4 yr. old son. Last night at Aunt Mary Ann's, Mark's 3 yr old daughter was explaining that she doesn't swim because "I'm not grown up yet".
