Day 1201 - and 100th trout achieved...

Greetings, Bloggy Trout Lovers!

Yep, Charlie hit the 100th trout of the season mark, then kept on going...

His new trout count is 114 for 2009.

All the trout were caught on the Elk River near Lynchburg, TN (where Jack Daniels distillery is).

Thanks to Blog reporter at large (TY) for taking the photo of 'Trout 100' on Charlies camera.

TY (which are his initials, by the way) also beat his 100 target. Great job, guys!

I have a 7am training session at work to learn about our new benefits, so I am leaving soon.

TTFN, and have a nice Dr's appointment, Savi and Heather!

Comments:
I goofed the dr's appt. It's this coming Monday. I wrote it as the 3rd, but it was really for the 8th. oops! It's a yucky shots visit too. Poor thing.
It's rainy and yucky today. Hope I dont have too many puppy viewers. I took the pups OUTSIDE yesterday for people to see them instead of worrying about the house being a disaster. But if I can't take em out, I have to show them in here, move all the toys, blah blah. We got a deposit for one yesterday and have a million emails asking for appt's to see them. They should all be sold by the time they are ready to go to new homes in 2 weeks! =)

ok, so the Mamma dog in my home has 'adopted' that twinkle twinkle toy that you bought Savi, Mom. She carries the singing part around everywhere and it sings nonstop because her teeth are always in contact with the button. She made a little bed in the livingroom with a towel and is sleeping with the toy. Her REAL puppies are in the other room....she is bored of them. The other two dogs have been in the room with her puppies several times, and Mamma could care less...but just now the other female tried to walk over to the TOY and Chaka growled..LOL! My dog is nuts.

A neighbor's house alarm has been going of for 45 minutes now and they can't fix it. Savi can't SLEEP because of it and she is crabby crabby crabby!!

From Trout to twinkle toy -- fascinating Thursday!

Congratulations, Huck Finn--what a great retirement. I love love love fresh trout but too far away to enjoy a trout dinner with Huck (uh, Charlie).

Congratulations, Charlie and Ty! Pretty spectacular! My first time fishing, I caught 17 salmon in Alaska in 1988 and never fished again, except to go to the reservoir with Will and Charles! Brief fishing career! Very interesting, Heather, hearing about your puppies and Mamma dog adopting the twinkle, twinkle little star toy--that will be traumatic for her when it runs down!
