Day 1118 - One year old plus one week!

Greetings, Bloggy TGIFers!

It's FRIDAY, BEAUTIFUL FRIDAY! You know what to do...

March in a circle chanting 'Fri-day! Fri-day! Fri-day!'

Here are a couple more adorable Savi-birthday photos.

The little cow she is holding is a pocketbook that I bought for her at Opry Mills. It is just the right size!

The other picture looks like she's saying, 'Gee - I know I'm adorable, but I'll pretend to be shy about it.'

I dreamed last night that I had to walk underneath a tree that had spiders dangling from it.

I went around instead!

My little dream dictionary book says spiders in a web portend luck or great achievement.

I think my great achievement was not getting them all over me in my dream...

Gotta go! Have a great Friday!

Comments:
yuck, what a creepy dream!!! I don't see anything lucky about spiders. =)
Mike left this morning for a trip to Indiana to pick up a bunch of breeding racks for the store. He brought a friend with him. They will be back sometime Sunday. Jen is off with friends this weekend too, so it's just me and Savi! Maybe I'll finish painting the livingroom???

I don't know how to post a direct link on here, but a friend sent me this URL last night...there are some hilarious stories on here if anyone is bored...lol

Hey folks, it's the sista given ya'll a happy day and a howdy do.

I like the pics, and all the nice words from our weekend together, it was nice to read back.

I had a dream this morning too, Steve was next to me in bed, as usual, it was as if we had just awoke. He silently handed me a large painted votive candle, blue, with a picture of Mary on it. Then his blue eyes turned brown, liquid, black. They looked like the eyes of a snake. I asked him, did someone die? I thought of our friend who is in the hospital. Then I awoke FOR REAL.

Hey Karen,
If you like a good Vampire story, I just read one on the Yahoo News...don't know if you get a chance, maybe it is your lunch break right now!

Sweet pictures of Savi! Karen, I'm so glad you walked around the tree of spiders, very clever! Lyn, your dream was pretty scary, but nice to read you on the blog again! And Heather have a good "two-some" weekend. How come Mike has to go so far away for stuff for his shop? All my postings are about food--2 public dinners, one tonight to benefit the W Paris grandstand rebuilding project(the grandstand and ball field you may remember is named for Grampa Perham) and tomorrow night is the St Patrick's dinner and dance at the Legion Hall, for which I am making 2 pies, and Gil will be helping prepare and serve the food (corned beef and cabbage). Happy weekend everyone!

He found the stands on Ebay. The guy is selling us nearly $10,000 worth of racks for $2,000. We couldn't pass it up! We needed them anyway and one small one would have cost what we just spent. Long trip, great investment =)

Ewwww-spiders. I hate them.
What is a breeding rack or is it x-rated?
How many ways can we say Savi is cute, cute cute! I love that floppy pink hat.
Lyn, I hope noone dies after that dream. Do you watch Medium?
I'm not in Maine to enjoy the fundraiser for the grandstand but I did donate money. My father improved the baseball field and my siblings (not sister Peggy though) and I helped. My friends and I also used to smoke under the grandstand but didn't burn it down, which a teenager did which is why it's being rebuilt.
I'm going to a St Patrick's Day parade tomorrow--always great here as we have so many transplanted Irish.

It's X-rated for the snakes!! And one of them is for mice/rats which will become MY full time job. It costs us nearly $500 a WEEK to feed all the snakes/reptiles/gators in the store. We will save a fortune once we start breeding our own food supply. poor little guys. We will have food for our inventory and we can sell them to the customers as well. =)
