Day 996 - Happy Veterans Day!
Greetings, Bloggy Twofers -Happy Veterans Day and thanks to all the service men and women out there!
Yay - Monday is over and we have a new and adorable picture of Savannah!
Heather - the hood is darling on her but it looks a little like one of those quilted toaster covers they sell at craft fairs.
Ha! It's a Savi-cozy!
We are having fundraisers all week at work, each 'group' within the computer department is hosting breakfast and lunch each day.
Today is sponsored by our group (application development).
We are having a pancake breakfast and pizza for lunch. I made toppings - a gallon of blueberry pancake topping, and a gallon of peach, and have three large cans of spray whipped cream.
However - lugging in a cooler and two crockpots for all the stuff is less than fun. Thanks, Charlie, for putting everything in the car for me!
Speaking of car, I have an oil change appointment at 4:30 today. Have to remember, have to remember...

Sounds like a yummy work week! Savi's jacket does look like one of those covers. Funny!!! Savi is glued to Elmopalooza this morning. She loves anything with music. She wiggles her feet and babbles along. So cute!

Yes, Thank you to all of our Veterans for their dedication and sacrifice to keep the rest of us safe and free. I'm going to call Will to say "Thanks". Adorable picture of Savannah, but Karen, she is even cuter in person! I was so happy to visit with Heather and Savi on Friday. You'll see how she has changed when you get here (and very soon!) I had a good visit with Lyn and Steve and saw some of my friends in the area. Sad to attend the Memorial Service for Jim M.--the loss of a very good person. Nancy, the next thing on my agenda today is to call you to see how you are doing. Right now!
