Day 817 - Friday is MY day!

Greetings, Bloggy TGIFers!

Hooray! Friday! This has been a very busy week, and it is hard to believe it's Friday.

March in a circle (or kick your feet and make noise if you can't walk or talk yet) chanting 'Fri-day! Fri-day! Fri-day!

Here is little Miss Savannah on her play surface - cute!

Changing subjects to the unbelievably dumb things people do on the highway...

I forgot to mention that I saw a tractor-trailer cab (without the trailer on it) veer off the highway and DRIVE IN THE BREAKDOWN LANE recently. The traffic on the highway was at a standstill (maybe a crawl), and he just didn't feel like waiting.

The driver was going fast too, and there were places where you could NOT SEE what was ahead due to a rise in the road. If there had been anyone or anything in the breakdown lane, that tractor trailer would have plowed right into them.

I wish I could have gotten the license plate and reported the driver.

The moral of the story is - be careful on the road and have a great Friday!

Comments:
Hi Karen, How I love ending the work week with another adorable picture of little SaviLynn! A beautiful sunny day today and we're home doing busy work inside and out. Earlier today I went up to W Paris to walk with the ladies and have breakfast at the General Store, while Gil and another Legion member reset some fallen gravestones at the cemetery at "Brimstone Corner". Then Gil and I went up to view their work, and to observe the marvelous view of Mt Washington still covered in snow! Hope your week ends on a happy note! Hope to see more comments today than the past 2 days. Heather should get her computer hooked up pretty soon.

It's not a new picture though and no report on how our little angel is doing (I know Heather you're not online yet). We are relegated to hearing about the excitement in Maine (just kidding Peggy-love the info).

Apalling about the tractor-trailer--mmany deaths do occur in the breakdown lanes for that very reason. Hopefully someone got that idiot's number.

Hey, Nancy, you don't like news of cemetery work and views of Mt. Washington? Jeesh! Just kidding!

Sweet baby!
See you in a week, Sister!

Steve just came in singing "King of the Road." funny. Guess we know who he is.
