Hello dear sister,
sounds like your Mother's Day has rivaled mine...hi ho hi ho it was off to work I did go.
I finally changed weekends, and my first shift on the new weekend was today, the very beautiful Mother's Day. One of our octogenarians said "it is always a beautiful day on Mother's Day." I think he's right. That time of year.
I was so tired after I could barely drag home.
Another lady, well into her 90's said "every day is mother's day."
On this we do agree.
When I got home, I found some flowers waiting at the back door, a present from Charles. Will sent me roses yesterday. Christopher would have taken me to lunch...we'll go on Tuesday.
You KNOW Steve is out on the bike, and I would darn well be out there too. Another day.
Right now, I'll just call my Mom.

We miss grandma Gigi and the new mom, and of course hearing about Savi. I'm at work today too.
Right now, Eric is helping moms enjoy a wonderful meal out at his restaurant (he's assistant manager), the Melting Pot. He did call me on my birthday Friday and today, two calls in three days is a miracle!
