Day 766 - Speaking of Random Acts
Greetings, Bloggy Midweekers!
It's Wednesday already and I haven't caught up yet.
I've worked 11 hour days each day so far this week, and missed exercising. Oops.
Scary (and true) story from yesterday:
Charlie was driving to the health club yesterday, around 7am. He was at an intersection (in Cool Springs), waiting for the traffic turning left to pass by, and witnessed this scene...
The door flew open on the passenger side of a car, which had not stopped, nor slowed down.
An adult man tumbled out (mercifully not getting hit by the car behind), rolled on the pavement, then got up and hurried away, crossing the street away from the car that had 'deposited' him. The car kept going.
What on earth could that have been about? Drug deal? Intimidation?
What do YOU think, bloggy darlings?
Be careful today!

Wow!! What a thing to see! Must have been some sort of drug type thing...scary!
Savi had an okay night, and today she's trying her 'snugli' front pack for the first time. It's still a little big, but she's smiling about it, so I'm happy to use it and have my hands back!!

Savi is a little papoose, how cute! Can't wait to see all of you this weekend! Karen, who knows what was going on with that man being dumped out--glad there were no shots fired. Come back to NE where you'll be safe (sort of!)
Sounds like a drug thing or two people having a very big fight.
Dear sister, you must be kidding--more likely to see bodies dumped in Providence!
Heather, I used the snugli almost from day one. With a baby in a snugli (or backpack when they are older)it's sleep city! In a few months, a swing works good too. Of course, this is from 25 years ago--

It is a pretty awesome thing...but she still kind of swims in it...as she does all the 'newborn' size stuff...I think another pound will do it for her...but I will certainly still use it now, big and all!!!
