Day 681 - Welcome, New Year's Day!
Greetings, Bloggy 2008-ers!
It's already afternoon, so this will be short.
THANK YOU TY and SY for a great New Year's Evening and New Year's Day spent watching football, talking and eating!
The appetizers were wonderful, the ribs were incredible, the shrimp-and-cheese-grits divine, and the country ham, egg and cheese sandwiches on Thomas's English Muffins outstanding! You outdid yourselves!

I slept for New Year's Eve AND most of New Year's Day. In fact, I'm getting ready to do some more of it! LOTS of fun! ;)

I missed saying "Happy New Year" yesterday, but today is good since it is the beginning of the new year. Have a head cold, bummer. But we enjoyed our overnight stay at Town and Country in NH, good food, dancing, and companionship with each other and friends. Returned home about noon today, just before another storm which is supposed to leave 8-12" of snow by morning! Last year we hardly had any snow until March!

Wow!! Keep that white stuff to yourselves...I don't want anymore! This has been a REAL winter this year for sure! ;)
