Day 435 - May Day! May Day!
Greetings, you Bloggy Calendar Changers, you!
March in a circle around the maypole, please.
I guess the days of maypoles and May baskets are pretty much over, aren't they?
Hey - does anyone make May baskets anymore?
Here's a link if you'd like to read more about May Day traditions...

Changing subjects - ear update.
I am feeling normal again (ha!) except for the blockage in my ears. I am hoping that soon I will swallow or yawn or blow my nose and my ears will open. My manager said she had such a sinus infection once that she had to have a cortizone shot to reduce the swelling in her head in addition to her antibiotics.
Changing subjects to the new month:
I love to change my calendars, I usually have several of them up in my office. I am a calendar-aholic, I guess.
Gotta go - have a great Tuesday and a great May Day!

Hi Karen!! Let me be the very first to wish you the very best month of May.
This early bird sure got that worm.
And, by the way, I have been waiting for twenty seven years for my head to clear. They called it "motherhood." I believe it may be classified as incurable.
AH, Spring! Love ya!

... looks like as I was publishing my comment, someone else had already beat me to it.
looks like this early bird was too late to get that coveted worm. maybe better get a life instead.

For a minute there I thought, how did I publish my comment at 6:46 when I got up at 7:30? Then I realized we're on blogger time here... I guess I was there six minutes before you, Lyn, sorry...
I'm dying here over the sisters comments...Very cute!! Happy May! It's a perfectly beautiful day today! Can't wait to get home and go for a walk! Glad you're feeling better, even though you're not hearing better yet! xoxoxoxo
Let me be the last to wish you a happy first day of May! May you not linger long in a state of deafness, Karen! No, No, No!!!
I agree with Heather--your sisters really liven up the blog!

I'm the last one!
Those of us with May birthdays, "mom", Aunt Mary Ann and I, had Maybaskets hung for us, not because it was May necessarily but because we were cute. Often Maybaskets included finding boys who were hiding in the woods. Nuff said.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I love Nancy's May basket story...especially the part about the boys. Nice to see nothing has changed over the years! Haha!!!
